I apologize for the delay in sending this letter. I couldn’t be more pleased and I couldn’t offer any higher praise than to suggest that I would do business again with Robert in a heartbeat. A few phone calls, a few emails and a few texts and suddenly it was all a done deal. The entire process was pleasant and happened amazingly quickly.

Not to worry - Robert provides a turn-key service to buyers and sellers. We live about 3 ½ hours from the lake, so we couldn’t be intimately involved with the process. He is also an excellent communicator and kept us well appraised throughout the entire process. I need to add that he is honest, has a tremendous amount of integrity, pleasant to deal with and very simply knows how to make things happen. Frankly, these adjectives don’t quite say quite enough. Before doing business with Robert, we heard that he had a reputation throughout the area for being knowledgeable, and hard-working. Working with Robert Pas at Lake Shasta Houseboat Sales to sell our houseboat was a fabulous experience.
We would just like to say Thank You Robert for all your help and friendship. We feel that Dry Dock is very secure and well kept. We live out of town and have had our boat there for seven years also. We also have a storage unit at Dry Dock and keep our ski boat there. Robert has become a good friend over the years and we feel we can trust him for any service that we need. He still helps us today on his own time and tries to fix the things that we can not figure out even though our boat is off the warranty seven years later.
